| Description: | The hotel has 6 storeys, a total of 60 barrier-free rooms of an area ranging from 23 to 26 m2, 59 double bedrooms and 1 suite. Three rooms are adapted for the needs of the handicapped. There is a lift, of course. If requested, we can arrange for luggage to be collected, linen washed and garments cleaned. You will find all the comfort you would expect of a four-star hotel in elegantly furnished non-smoking rooms. All the rooms are air-conditioned, furnished with a WC, bathroom with bath, hair dryer, cosmetics mirrors and a wide range of hotel cosmetics, colour SAT TV, radio, direct dialling telephone, Internet connection, safe, mini-bar, coffee/tea facilities and an ironing set.
Guests’ safety is ensured by smoke and heat detectors throughout the building. A security locking system is installed on the room doors.
There is a reception and exchange office in the hotel lobby with a shop selling small hygiene and gift items. The hotel lobby provides access to a café with 40 seating places and a restaurant able to serve 100 guests. There is also a small salon for 24 people suitable for organising smaller events, training and parties.
The restaurant has a summer garden offering guests a place to sit in an oasis of calm in the very centre of the city.
There is a hall on the first floor (set apart from the hotel room area) able to hold about 100 people, so we can organise conferences, seminars, training, receptions, parties and provide sound equipment, hire out a data projector, back projector, slide projector, TV, video, flipcharts and screens.
We can also provide our customers with music of various genres, guide services (we can plan an accurate programme), boat trips on the Lipno and Orlík Dams, a brewery excursion and so on.
Hotel guests can use the parking facilities right next to the hotel (about 40 spaces for parking passenger cars and buses in a paid car-park in close proximity to the hotel).

| Location: | In 1265 Czech King Přemysl Otakar II chose the junction of the rivers Vltava and Malše for the founding of České Budějovice. The regular ground plan of the newly founded regal town, whose centre is a large square, is among the peaks of medieval urbanism in Bohemia. České Budějovice is a historical city. The majority of historical sights are in the vicinity of the hotel, for example the Dominican Monastery with its tower, Přemysl Otakar II Square, the Fountain of Samson, the Black Tower (Černá věž), the Rabenstein Tower, the fortification tower Železná panna (Iron Maiden) and many others. There is also an indoor swimming pool, sport centre and stadium near the hotel. The city is currently becoming a centre of culture. A cycle path runs in front of the hotel along the rivers Vltava and Malše all the way to the castle in Hluboká nad Vltavou, to the Celtic oppidum in Třísov or to Kleť - the highest mountain in the Blanský les. The famous monastery in Zlatá Koruna is only 12 km away from České Budějovice. The UNESCO protected Český Krumlov is 24 km away to the south.
