Description:	We offer comfortable and affordable accommodations in a newly reconstructed historic building from the 13th century in the pleasant and interesting community of Rožmberk nad Vltavou. hotelWe are located directly in the center of the town, which is also on the bank of the Vltava River. The Night-club – equipped with a sound system and a data-projector, also suitable for parties or celebrating anniversaries, weddings, watching sport-broadcasts, presentations, schoolings The Wellness studio – with a whirl-pool, a sauna and a solarium
Location:	Our guests will appreciate our rich offer of free time activities, that make their stay more pleasant and unforgettable. The castle Rožmberk – offers amazing guided tours and also night tours with The White-lady. Many concerts and other cultural activities take place there. (There are the best views of the castle from our hotel rooms.) Canoeing and rafting – nowadays very popular sport-activity in Southern Bohemia with a long tradition, boat-renting is provided at the hotel. Camping – The camp U Nojdy – we provide full tourist services Hiking tourism – countless possibilities in the nearest surroundings throughout the unique Bohemian nature. Cycling tourism – cycle store at the hotel. We are newly added to a cycle-guide at www.bekrmapy.cz , The Church of The Virgin Mary “Panny Marie” – very precious gothic monument, right in the square – mass every Sunday at 10 a.m. Fishing – just behind the hotel flows the Vltava river, a great possibility for fishing. Hunting – Huntsmen’s sessions are held annually at our hotel, an opportunity to chase Two frontier crossings nearby – our hotel is very suitable to stay overnight during your shopping trip or recreation Skiing – in winter – The hotel is 15 km far from the skiing centre
Accommodation:	Each room has its own bathroom. Rooms in the Kocábky building with a color TV with remote control. In winter and colder days of the year, the rooms are heated by central heating. The rooms are stylish but very comfortable. If needed, we can take care of the whole bus (tours)
Board:	Restaurace U Martina Na letní terase s obsluhou se budete moci při posezení kochat nádherným výhledem na krásnou jihočeskou krajinu a na hrad Rožmberk. Našim hostům po celý rok nabízíme jedinečnou možnost poznat poctivou kuchyni jižní Šumavy a regionální produkty, staročeskou kuchyni a pestrou nabídku specialit stejně, jako kvalitní ubytování s dlouholetou tradicí v chráněné kulturní památce bývalé rožmberské konírny. BaRestaurant Kocábka Nabízí restauraci zařízenou ve stylu pirátské lodi s širokým výběrem rumů, alko i nealkoholických nápojů, míchaných drinků, vína Znovín a dobrého Plzeňského Prazdroje nebo Kozla. Převažuje zde převážně klasická a staročeská kuchyně. Kocábka a její terasa u Vltavy, ležící pod hradem Rožmberk je vyhlášená grilovačkami které zde probíhají, a to převážně pro skupiny, firemní akce, oslavy a svatby.
